Goodbye San Diego!

As we drove out of Mission Hills at 5:15am on Saturday Aug. 17, the kids looked out the windows and started saying:

"Goodbye Falcon St."

"Goodbye Mission Hills"

"Goodbye St. Vincent's Church"

"Goodbye School"

Next, as we passed Ibis Market, Adam said:

"Goodbye candy store that I love!"

Guess we all focus on what we love. :)

Finally, driving down Washington St., the boys all said:

"Goodbye San Diego!"

 

And here is Thomas enjoying the view as we flew away, once again saying "Goodbye."

The great thing about living is San Diego is that no matter how great your vacation is anywhere else, it always feels so great to come home. We'll miss it terribly. For all of you living in San Diego, enjoy it well for us!
