Duvets, duvets everywhere

After staying in a dozen different lodgings so far in the UK, we have a pretty good sampling size of whether they use duvet covers or top sheets and a comforter. The results: 100% used duvet covers! The upside is they cover nice, warm, fluffy duvet down blankets. The downside, though, is they are much shorter/narrower and result in much more push/pull of covers during the night! Plus, Dave's feet routinely stick out past just about every duvet we've tried.
